I'm Lauren, lover of sequins, kittens and a well made cup of tea. I'm also a passionate learning and development professional, who wants nothing more than for people to enjoy their work, and realise their true potential.
Learning is a fact of life, so let’s make it easy. Let's get rid of the information dumps, and make learning accessible and engaging - experiences that our adult learners will find useful and relevant to them and their work.
I have spent the past 20 years working in corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors with 100's of different learners. Now, as the face of Learning by Design, I want to share all the skills, knowledge, experience and wisdom I have accumulated with you.
